Execution-only support — where risk concentrates.
No creative overlap. No fabrication. No vague coordination. Our services are intentionally narrow so execution stays controlled and escalation stays contained.
Scout → Ready → Run → Save → Close.
If any of these are true, book The Ready (Arrival Control)
Your team flies in within 24–48 hours of install
Critical kits ship separately
Multiple vendors touching the same assets
You've got a hard access window
Your producer can't be at the dock
Services Bundles by Event Phase
You don't need more vendors. You need fewer surprises. These bundles match how risk shows up across a Vegas program—before you arrive, during install/open, and after your team flies out.
We do not operate storage. We work via timed custody windows and direct handoffs.
The Scout
Vegas Readiness Review.
Identify access constraints and predictable failure points early.
The Ready
Arrival Control.
Receive, verify (photos + checklist), and hand off on time.
Core Services
Pre-Show Runner — Arrival Control
The Ready
Starting at: $750 / half-day • $1,250 / full-day
(Final pricing based on access windows, timing, and complexity.)
You're not buying "a van." You're buying arrival control: meet deliveries, verify what matters, and move it forward on time—without turning your producer into dock control.
Included
- Meet deliveries (same-day) during defined windows
- Photos + checklist for critical items before install begins
- Early detection: what's missing/damaged/mislabeled
- Scheduled handoffs to protect install sequencing
- Replacement sourcing queued early when gaps are found
- Controlled updates to your producer/ops lead (no chaos broadcasting)
Default handoff routes (no storage)
- •Direct-to-venue
- •Direct-to-hotel / offsite venue
- •Direct-to-vendor (AV, production partner, designated handler)
Pre-Show Runner — Install Support
The Run
Starting at: $850 / half-day • $1,450 / full-day
(Final pricing based on access windows, timing, and complexity.)
Van-enabled last-mile execution that keeps install and open clean. We run pre-positioning (where permitted), timed deliveries/pickups, and replacement sourcing inside hard windows—so small issues don't become client-facing problems when timelines compress.
Included
- Timed deliveries and pickups
- Staging + handoffs (where permitted)
- Vendor runs and urgent procurement runs
- Replacement sourcing runs (missing/late/wrong items)
- Controlled status updates to your producer/ops lead
- One accountable operator for sequencing + escalation inside the agreed scope
Show-Day Rescue — Emergency Intervention
The Save
Starting at: $950 activation + $1,500/day
(Final pricing based on access, timing, and complexity.)
Fast, focused intervention when something breaks and decisions can't wait. We triage what's broken, what matters most, and the fastest credible fix—then execute the run plan with clean updates and controlled escalation.
Included
- Rapid triage + execution run plan
- Fast last-mile runs (van-enabled)
- Tight status updates to your producer/ops lead
- Controlled escalation (no chaos broadcasting)
Runner vs Rescue
- •Runner (Set/Run) = planned coverage inside a defined window.
- •Rescue (Save) = emergency triage + intervention when timing collapses.
Returns & Consolidation — Closeout Control
The Close
Starting at: $750 / half-day • $1,250 / full-day
(Billed as coverage blocks, plus any pre-approved materials.)
The show ends. The team flies home. What happens to the stuff? We handle post-show pickup, inventory check, photo documentation, and consolidation—so items leave cleanly, nothing goes missing, and you don't inherit a mystery pile three months later.
Included
- Pickup from venue/hotel/meeting space where permitted
- Inventory check + photo documentation
- Consolidation into labeled groups (kits, bins, boxes)
- Routing plan: return to HQ vs keep local vs dispose
- Coordination for carrier pickup or return drop-offs
- 48-hour closeout recap
